What is the Address Sky View?
The Address Sky View is a high-rise residential building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building is located in the Downtown Dubai district, on the Sheikh Zayed Road. The Address Sky View is one of the tallest residential buildings in Dubai, with a height of 310 metres (1,020 feet). It also houses a hotel with one of the most breath-taking infinity pools in the city.
The Address Sky View has two towers: A first tower with 61 floors and a second with 56 floors.
The stunning twin towers of Dubai are connected at the 51st floor level by a spectacular Sky Bridge. This three-level bridge features a stunning 70m long infinity pool, restaurant, bar and terrace offering 360 degree views of downtown Dubai.
The Sky Views Observatory tourist attraction and the Sky Glass Slide are located in the highest tower, while the Sky Edge Walk is located on Sky View Tower 2.
Sky Views Observatory
You will be whisked up to the Sky View Observatory, a two-storey observation platform located on levels 52 and 53 of Sky View Tower 1, via a glass-walled lift that already offers a panoramic view of Dubai. Once you’re up there, you’ll be able to enjoy a stunning 360-degree view of Downtown Dubai.
From the Sky View Observatory, you can get a direct view of the Burj Khalifa and see the city from a different perspective. You will also see the Dubai Mall, the turquoise waters of the Burj Lake, the Dubai Fountain water ballet when lit up in the evening with its 25 colourful floodlights, the forest of skyscrapers around Downtown Dubai and the calm waters of the Arabian Gulf.
Sky Glass Floor
The Sky Glass Floor is a 25 metre long glass walkway that soars high above the cityscape, connecting the two towers together at the 53rd floor level. The Sky Glass Floor’s walkway is an impressive 219.5 metres high – that’s almost 70 metres higher than the Dubai Frame’s glass walkway!
When you walk on the glass floor at 219.5 metres, you can see what’s below you with a slight sensation of levitation. You can easily recognise the columns of the twin towers of The Address Sky View, the neighbouring buildings, the eight lanes of the Sheikh Zayed Road, and the vehicles driving below look ridiculously small.
Sky Glass Slide
The Sky Glass Slide is a thrilling 12-meter-long transparent glass slide located on the exterior of the skyscraper at a heart-stopping 219.5 meters above the ground. Visitors will be propelled from the 53rd floor all the way down to level 52 at exciting speeds!
If you are brave enough to keep your eyes open during the descent in this all glass capsule, you will get a 360 degree view of Downtown Dubai.
As you sit on your magic carpet, you will feel like you are floating in the air as you begin your descent. There is no need to worry about the solidity of the slide, you will be safe the whole way down. Take a journey on the Sky Glass Slide, specially manufactured in Germany from sheets of laminated quadruple thickness glass. Sky Views Edge Walk
If you’re looking for an adrenaline-pumping thrill, the Sky Edge Walk is perfect for you! Sky Edge Walk is the attraction’s most exciting activity and the first of its kind in the Middle East. This outdoor platform gives you a stunning view of the cityscape below, thanks to its location 219 metres above the ground on the 53rd floor of the Sky View Tower 2. The platform itself is a semi-oval steel structure measuring 30 metres in length, and you can walk its full length of 45 metres to take in the panorama in all directions.
On the Sky Edge Walk, the brave can walk hands-free along the ledge of the 53rd floor and admire the unobstructed view of the Dubai skyline with no barriers or railings between them, nothing but emptiness and the vastness of the Downtown Dubai cityscape as far as the eye can see.
However, before visitors can step onto the platform and experience Dubai from this dizzying height, they will be equipped with a suit, helmet and safety harness and will undergo a safety briefing.

What is the best time to head to Sky View?

The best time to visit the Sky View Observatory is during the day, when the sun is shining and the views are clear. However, if you want to experience the Observatory at night, it is recommended that you visit during the summer months, when the days are longest and the nights are shortest.
To participate in the Sky Glass Slide and Sky Edge Walk experience, you must be between the ages of 12 and 65, have a maximum weight of 100kg, and be between 130 and 210cm tall. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian.
